Wilton Center Lofts is a ground-up 5-story luxury apartment building, located in downtown Wilton, CT. It is being built as a “70/30” market/affordable project under the CT 8-30g program. There are 4 stories of oversize apartments, built over a ground floor that has a Tenant Lounge, Fitness Center, covered parking, a lobby and storage space for tenants.  A large PV Solar array powers the building common areas, as well as 6 EV chargers in the garage for tenants. Completion of the project is anticipated to be in 2025.
