Wilton Center Lofts is a ground-up 5-story luxury apartment building, located in downtown Wilton, CT. It was built as a “70/30” market/affordable project under the CT 8-30g program. There are 4 stories of oversize apartments, built over a ground floor that has a tenant lounge, fitness center, covered parking, an entrance lobby, and storage space for tenants.  A large 127kW rooftop PV solar array powers the building common areas, as well as seven EV chargers in the garage for tenants. The building also features all-electric heat pumps, a super insulated building envelope, and all-LED lighting.
