100 East Putnam Avenue is a ground-up 3-story luxury apartment building, located on Route 1 in downtown Cos Cob, CT.  It is being built as an “80/20” market/workforce housing project under the Greenwich 6-110 program. There are 2 stories of luxury oversize apartments, built over a ground floor that has 3,500 s.f. of Retail space, covered parking and a tenant lobby. The rooftop is built out as a luxurious amenity space, with grills and seating areas. Completion is expected to be in 2025.
