330 Railroad Avenue is a Historic Adaptive Reuse project located in downtown Greenwich, CT. The former service center of Connecticut Light and Power was built in 1928 in the Art Deco style. After years of neglect, GRE purchased the building and began a two-year gut-renovation of the three-story structure. The exterior was completely restored, with new windows and repointed brick.  The interior spaces were opened up, to create loft-like workspaces. Granoff Architects occupies 8,000 s.f. of space, and the remaining 22,000 s.f. of Class A space is leased to financial services firms. Amenities include indoor parking and a walk-to-train location. The Historic Tax Credit program is being utilized, working closely with RI SHPO.

The project has won numerous design awards, including the prestigious CT Trust for Historic Preservation Award.
