Fairfield Station Lofts is a ground-up 5-story luxury apartment building, located adjacent to the train station in downtown Fairfield, CT. It was built as a “70/30” market/affordable project under the CT 8-30g program. There are 4 stories of oversize apartments, built over a ground floor that has covered parking, a lobby and storage space for tenants. The rooftop is built out as a luxurious amenity space, with grills, seating areas and a turf picnic area. A large PV Solar array powers the building common areas, as well as 6 EV chargers in the garage for tenants.
