Atlantic Mills is a 350,000 SF historic mill complex in Providence, RI, originally built between 1871–1899. It anchors the Olneyville neighborhood and today supports a vibrant mix of creative and light industrial tenants. Together with Jeff & Jason Mendell, Eric Edelman, and Bob Berle, GRE is working to preserve its architectural character while evolving it into a dynamic mixed-use destination. Ongoing improvements—including a new parking lot, upgraded power, new windows, and restored cupolas—aim to position Atlantic Mills for another 150 years of creativity, commerce, and community impact.
